Igualmente se busca fortalecer el sistema cardiovascular pulmonar a través del ejercicio físico y la práctica deportiva.

OBJETIVO GENERAL

-Conocer las diferentes disciplinas deportivas en su contenido y esencia, y ponerlas en práctica para consolidar el proceso de aprendizaje.

-Cooperar en la formación integral de la comunidad educativa ofreciendo alternativas para la sana utilización del tiempo libre.
